Message	run much with the new PCV valves, yes? If one of the valves had an issue (possible even if new) - would take at least 500-1K miles or so to start seeing it, doesn't happen really bad immediately (don't ask me how I know).... Wonder if a piston ring, due to engine sitting, is sticking? Might want to run a compression check? Only other idea is a bad turbo on that side but this is an NA engine, yes? Going by your profile....
